User Management

ProTrader uses rule-based user management for administrator-defined user groups. Rules can be set up for each user or group, including:

Account Operations Management

Back Office gives full control of operations that affect on user’ account balances. ProTrader supports a long list of operation types including: Trading, Deposit, Withdraw, Commission, Swap, Blocking, Unblocking, Adjustment (Correction of wrong amount), Clearing Fee, Interest, Dividents, Agent Commission. ProTrader stores a log of operations performed on each of user accounts.

It is also possible to manage separate positions of each account. Back Office provides searching, modification and rollback of historical and open positions and orders.

Funds Management

Allows administrator performing (add, edit, delete) various operations manually including: deposit, withdraw, commissions, clearing fee, swaps. Custom commissions and swaps plans can be set up so these operations are performed automatically.

Routes Management

Allows creating and configuring routes for every supported liquidity provider. There are a lot of different types of vendor-dependent settings for connections and for each instrument (instrument subscription and hedging settings).

Reports

It possible to view various system and account activity reports for the selected users or user groups. Reports are available in HTML view or cards (each record is presented in a separate cell, gallery-style), or as downloadable comma-separated values files to open with Microsoft Excel. There are about 20 available report types provided as default which cover all events generated by the users and system. But there is also ability of generating custom reports with Report Constructor.

Swap Plan

A Swap Plan allows specifying swap rates for overnight positions on each day of the week. The swap rate then multiplied by the Swap Buy and Swap Sell settings specified for each instrument to determine amounts debited or credited to user accounts when position is rolled over to next value date.

Branding

It is possible to brand trading platform to company’s (department) uniqueness. Branding rules are applied only after successful login. It is possible to create several branding solutions for each user or user group.

Positions Management

Provides searching, modification and rollback of historical, open positions and orders.

Revenue Plans

Allows planning revenue and vary it against Users or Instruments. Revenue Plans are working by assigning to concrete users or User Groups. Plan can be searched/filtered by name.

Connection Management

Allows view connection statistics, online connections state view and edit online users and manage black list (forbidden IP addresses).

Instrument Management

Provides detailed settings management: precision, pip value, lot size, crosses, swap points, types of margin formula (for Forex, Futures,Options) with margin levels, currencies’ settings etc. In order to simplify working with similar instruments they can be grouped into instrument types.
