PFSoft’s highly-trained technical staff offer competent 24-hour support to the company’s ProTrader clients. An integral part of this service is based around the PFSoft Support Center website.

Support Team assistance includes:
 – responding to customers’ queries.
 – coordinating and resolving issues.
 – updating the status and progress of support tickets.
 – releasing software updates and information.
 – handling requests for new features, services, hosting, and integrations with liquidity providers.

Having logged into PFSoft’s client support website, customers can use their personalized account to find about and download the latest releases of software, file and track the status of their support tickets with PFSoft, and much more:
 – discuss questions with other ProTrader users in the mini-forum.
 – subscribe to Support Center page updates to content sections of interest.
 – view events such as software enhancements on the calendar.
 – read news and articles and comment on them.

The Support Center aims to provide existing customers with the convenience of a single interface to interact with PFSoft’s Support Team as well as with other ProTrader customers.
