1. What is ProTrader^®? Can I connect it to my broker and start trading?

ProTrader is the complete brokerage platform. It is used by brokers to connect to their clients, allowing them to trade on different markets. If you are a trader, just looking for a trading terminal you may consider PTmultiStation.

2. What is the spread/commission offered to traders?

PFSoft is a software development company. We do not offer trading services. Using our trading software you will receive the same spread/commission requirements that your broker offers.

3. Can I get a demo of your platform?

Yes. You can download ProTrader .NET Station and try it out on our demo server. To test out the Back Office, please request more info.

4. How long does it take to set up ProTrader?

ProTrader trading platform can be up and running in five business days. However, depending on the amount of training, customization and integration required, the setup process could take longer.

5. What instruments does the platform accept?

ProTrader can trade any instruments, including Forex, Options, Futures, Betting and CFDs. All instruments can be traded using the same account.

6. What news feeds do you offer?

PFSoft can connect your platform to any news feeds of your choice, and you can select which of your traders receive which news feeds.

7. Do I need to expand my IT department to support ProTrader trading platform?

You will need at least one technical person to administer ProTrader. PFSoft provides free training courses in our office for all our clients.

8. Where is the trading system actually hosted?

The trading system is normally hosted on the customer's server. Alternatively, PFSoft and our partners can provide you the software as a service (SaaS), so that you do not need to host the server.

9. How can I integrate ProTrader with my CRM system and other programs?

ProTrader provides a wide range of APIs: FIX, SOAP, Java, etc. This enables you to easily integrate any other programs with the platform. The ProTrader Back Office can also be used as a basic CRM.

10. How often are updates and enhancements added to the trading platform?

ProTrader is updated every week on PFSoft's demo server, where any client can test out the latest version. Once a client decides to update their version, PFSoft is ready to provide it.

11. What is PTmultistation^®?

PTmultiStation is a trading terminal application integrated with various brokers and data vendor servers.
