1. What is ProTrader^®?

ProTrader is an online trading complex designed to provide broker services to customers.This is complete solution, which means that you will not need any other software to organize your broker services.

2. How long does it take to set up the ProTrader?

Your new software can be up and running in as few as five business days. However, depending on length of training, customization and integration requirements, the setup process could take more time.

3. What options for clearing arrangements do you offer?

Clearing is done either automatically by the platform or manually through the dealing-module. PFSoft does not engage in trading or operate as clearinghouse so Clients are free to choose any clearinghouse they wish, which is an enormous advantage over clearing houses that also offer trading platforms.

4. What instruments does the platform accept?

ProTrader can trade any instrument, including Forex, Options, Futures and commodities. All instruments can be traded over the same account.

5. What news feeds to your offer?

PFSoft can connect your platform to any news feed of your choice, and you can select which of your traders receive the news feed.

6. Do I need to expand my IT department to support ProTrader trading platform?

You will need at least one technical person to be able to administrate ProTrader. PFSoft provides free training courses in our office for all our clients.

7. Where is trading system actually hosted?

The trading system is hosted at Client's server. However PFSoft and our partners can provide to you Software as a Service (SaaS), and you do not need host the server in this case.

8. How can I integrate ProTrader with my CRM system and other programs?

ProTrader provides wide range of API: FIX, SOAP, Java. So you can easily integrate any other programs with it.

9. How to become your partner, integrator, or reseller?

PFSoft is currently offering Partnership Programs. These programs are designed for systems integrators and resellers who want to offer their customers ProTarder Trading Platform as part of their solutions and services.

10. How often are updates and enhancements introduced to the trading platform?

ProTrader is updating each week on PFSoft's demo server, where any client can test latest version. Once client decides to update their version PFSoft is ready to provide it.
